1.1 This Mobile Application and Web Application with name as CollaboratAR (hereinafter referred to as “App”, “CollaboratAR”, “Web application”) is owned and operated by EDU360 Knowledge Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “EDU360”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). CollaboratAR Mobile Application is an Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) meeting platform. CollaboratAR provides virtual meeting services to its subscribers/ members/ partners/ associates.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PROCESSING
The App and/or Web Application uses the Google email ID of the user to communicate with the Google application programming interfaces (Google APIs). After logging in to the App and/or Web Application, the App and/or Web Application access Google APIs (Google Drive for example) to retrieve user information and user files stored. When the user logs in to CollaboratAR Web Application platform for the first time, the Web Application creates a folder by named “CollaboratAR” for the particular user as a parent folder for storing the files needed for their virtual meetings.
2.1 Personal Information that we process
For the purposes of this privacy notice, ‘Personal Information’ is any data which relates to an individual who may be identified from that data, or from a combination of a set of data, and other information which is in possession of EDU360 Knowledge Solutions Private Limited.
We collect certain information such as:
Personal Data that you provide via our App Web Application, including information you provide through forms on this Site e.g. name, email address, designation and company;
Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this Site, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, demographics, your computers’ operating system, and browser type and information collected via cookies;

5. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
EDU360 intends to protect your Personal Data and to maintain its accuracy, and we implement reasonable administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure.
6. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related to legitimate business purposes.
Once logged into CollaboratAR mobile App or Web Application, the user ID will stay logged in for a period of 7 days (the user will automatically log in to CollaboratAR mobile App or Web Application if the 7 days period is not completed). After 7 days user will have to log back again to use our services.
7. OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS
EDU360 owns all right, title and interest in the intellectual property rights to the Website, underlying software, user interfaces, Services and Content, including the graphics, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, the appearance, organization and layout of the Website. You agree that by accessing the Website, no right, title or interest in the Website, software, user interfaces, Services or Content shall be deemed transferred to You.
You shall use the App and/ or Web Application only for its intended purposes in a bona fide manner.

EDU360 may change the data privacy practices and update this privacy statement as and when the need arises, and the same will be made available on the website.
